André Klose, B.S. Engineering

André Klose is founder and Managing Director of ClientHouse GmbH.

Mr. Klose is a customer-oriented management professional with a strong track record of twelve years professional experience. He studied Computer Science at the University of Applied Sciences in Zittau/Görlitz, Germany where he graduated with honors, and then studied International Management at the Leipzig Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Klose held several positions at Intershop AG, an international eCommerce software vendor. In his last position as Vice President Services, he was responsible for setting up and leading the Intershop’s international sales and service networks. From 1996 until 2002 he built-up Customer Support, Training and Consulting and turned it to a profit center with 130 employees and up to € 20 million annual revenues. Mr. Klose has strong experiences in the fields of organization design and the management of service organizations as well as working in highly dynamic and volatile environments.

Bernd Lacher, B.A. Business Management

Bernd Lacher is founder and associate partner of ClientHouse GmbH. His responsibilities comprises project management and acquisition.

Mr. Lacher holds a degree in Business Administration and Intercultural Management from the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, Germany. For over six years he worked in several international positions at Intershop, an international ecommerce software company. In his last position as Manager Customer & Partner Services, Mr. Lacher was responsible for building-up the worldwide non-technical customer service. He also actively contributed to the reactivation of the Intershop partner channel and to a company-wide partner strategy. Furthermore, he successfully led and implemented several projects, e.g. the worldwide centralization of software licensing combined with a tight integration into the company’s CRM system Siebel.

Mr. Lacher grew up in Moscow (Russian Federation) and therefore speaks Russian fluently in addition to German and English.
